Women over 50 lose bone density but there are exercises you can do that prevent this and help build stronger bones. This six-week programme provides support, well explained exercises and video footage, that will help you get stronger.
This programme has been designed from start to finish to provide you with a road map to wellbeing. Healthy recipes are complemented by exercise programmes and quiet mindful links, all designed to give you that kick start to feeling better.

If you do not exercise now walking is a great way to start. This programme is gentle and supportive. Take your first steps to exercise with a supported group and you will be amazed and delighted how far you get in just 30 days.
