This site is dedicated to you being the woman you want to be!  Here we take a positive approach to health, fitness and over all well-being.

My passion is encouraging women to be fit and well. No matter what your current level of fitness is, you will find information in the blogs relevant to you and our paid for programmes are designed for all women to feel comfortable to participate.

My emphasis on fitness is because I believe this becomes more and more important as we age. Being fit helps us build resilience to both physical and mental illness.  As we age, many of us will face times when we are unwell, some of us might have long-term conditions. What’s important is we do what we can to prevent illness but we also build our strength so that we recover more quickly or are able to live well even with a long-term illness or disability.
