Why new challenges every month?
Evidence shows that in order to really get the benefit from exercise we need to vary what we do. Exercise alone does not mean wellness, we also need to consider our mental health, our sleep and our nutrition. Learning new things is also shown to be of great value as we age, possibly preventing mental deterioration.
The Challenge Club is for women who want to invest in their health and well-being in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. New challenges every month, plus free Pilates videos every week and articles and research about topics relevant to mature women are all part of the club. Most importantly you get the support from other women like you and the motivation that comes from being accountable to others about what you have achieved.
What challenges are coming up?
There are two new challenges published every month. Those coming up include:
A healthy bones challenge
Best breakfasts challenge
Plank and squat challenge
Strengthen your back challenge
Get outside challenge
Be more mindful challenge
The challenges have different levels so are suitable for everyone. Our 10 minute Pilates video published every Sunday is suitable for beginners too. On Fridays we post in the Private Facebook Group how well we’ve done that week and on Sundays we post what we will commit to for the following 7 days.
