Orange and Turmeric Zinger

A great drink for a lazy weekend brunch!

Ingredients:

3 large Oranges

Half a lime squeezed

1 tea spoon of Turmeric

1 tea spoon of fresh Ginger

Soda Water

Method:

Place the oranges, lime juice, turmeric and ginger in a blender or smoothie maker and blend the ingredients together.  Pour into a jug and add soda water.  Stir or shake in a cocktail maker if you have one.  Strain into a glass full of ice to remove small bits of ginger. Garnish with a thin slice of orange!
