Fit Over Fifty Women is a site for all women, over fifty, interested in their health, wellbeing and fitness.

 On the site you can:

  • learn about how being active can support your physical and mental health

  • concentrate on your own self care

  • join a paid programme with other women to set goals and get fitter

Our programmes are non-competitive and designed to include everyone that wants to join.  Some are on-line meaning you get the benefit of a supportive group but can participate in the activities when the time is right for you.
